Evokers take a long time to summon the vexes compared to Java Edition

  • You may have noticed that the evokers takes a long time to summon the vexes while the fangs do not take that long. And it also takes a while to perform the attacks

I walked/flew 28,000 blocks to find a woodland mansion and while I was clearing it out, there wasn't a single vex. Fangs galore, but not a single little flying asshole. Not that I'm complaining, because I hate those things, but there should have been vexes.

Did you wait for them to summon the vexes (in a different world or area)? Evokers only summon vexes when there are villagers, golems or players in sight, that is why you didn't see one when you first entered the mansion

I had to fight off a swarm of vindicators before I could attack the evoker... It could see me the whole time and still no vexes. I got fanged more than half a dozen times, but no vexes

I believe the bug got worse enough over the updates now that it's starting to make Evokers too easy. Here's a video to hopefully better showcase the bug in action:
