Players with usernames that include certain special characters cannot be targeted with commands unless using quotation marks.
The autofilling command feature does not include quotation marks around the player's name.
Players hoping to use the 'autofilling commands' button for a command relating to a player, (just /tp) will have to manually edit the command to include quotation marks around any player that has special characters in their name. This nullifies the purpose of having an option to automatically input the command.
[media]As far as I am aware, all that has to be done is for somebody on the bug team to add quotation marks around the variable for the player's name.

It does seem to be allowed in usernames. (At least for the Switch).
I didn't realize I could add quotation marks around a name, (still getting the hang of the Bedrock version). Thank you!
Since this issue can be worked around by using quotation marks around a player's name, could it be possible for the autofill commands thing (the '/' button next to the chat input) to include the quotation marks for player's names when using a command such as /tp?
A related issue where players with square brackets in their name (eg [2]) has been fixed, but the specific issue with nicknames is still reproducible on Nintendo Switch.
