Tamed dogs and cat won’t stand

I have four dogs and a cat that I tamed. I made them all sit in my home, and a few days later tried to get them to stand and move so I could replace my floor, but they won’t stand. I tried feeding them fish, which they ate once. Then rotten flesh which put them into breeding mode. I tried breaking the block under them, hitting them, and then pouring water on them which caused me to take half a heart of damage when i got too close (as if they attacked me but they remained sitting). I even reloaded my map online, offline, reset my Xbox. I cannot get them to get up! I’d rather not have to kill them, because the nearest biomes are days away. Even if it’s a simple fix, I definitely need help!
