Tamed horses randomly disappear when I don't interact with them that much.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-21416, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
One workaround to help prevent mobs from despawning is to make sure they are not positioned on a chunk boundary.
