[MCPE-35267] When playing Minecraft for the Nintendo switch, when I click the SETTINGS option the game just freezes. When on the title screen, the game only freezes for about 3 seconds, but while in a world, it can take up to 11 seconds.

I have tried everything to fix this, I have restarted my console, I have completely initialized it, I have deleted the game and re-downloaded it, and im still having the issue

I notice it when using the Natural Texture Pack. I also notice that the first time into your inventory also freezes for a few seconds with this texture pack in place. I remove it and the issue goes away. So I suspect it has something to do with this Texture Pack, or maybe any Texture packs in general. I haven't tried others to test that. If you have a texture pack loaded, try unloading it.
