When Minecraft is selected from the Home menu, the game begins to boot by showing the license screen. Before the Mojang logo screen shows, the game crashes to the Home menu "The software was closed because an error occured."
The game's data had been verified and re-installed. Issue persists

Same thing happens to me, but slightly different. My sibling is trying to play Minecraft from her Nintendo account. She does not have a Microsoft account. when she tries to boot up the game, it simply stays on the black screen for over 3 minutes and then it crashes, saying an error occurred and the game had to be closed. This began to randomly occur. meanwhile my profile that does have a Microsoft account can load up as normal without crashing.
