World can't be uploaded to Realm or enable cross-platform due to resource/mashup pack despite having nothing enabled

I'm having trouble uploading one of my world to Realms or enabling cross-platform multiplayer on it. The specific world wasn't created using any template and doesn't have any resource/behavior packs enabled, but still has content restricting cross-platform. In the past, before importing it from the original Minecraft Switch Version, I played on the world with the Halloween and Mario mashup packs and a few of the other resource packs in trial mode.
Out of all the worlds I imported, only this specific one and copies of it have this problem, even worlds I used resource packs in. Re-importing the world didn't fix anything with the specific world having the issue.

I got a copy of the world off the Switch version and tried using it on the Windows 10 version, but it tells me the world was created with a locked template and can't be launched. I don't know if there's anything I can do to fix this or if there's gonna be an update in the future that fixes it.
The screenshots I included were attached to a similar issue to mine, but for a previous version of the game.

Update: (From comment)

Just recently, I made a new world and enabled the Mario Mashup pack. Cross Platform was disabled, but once I disabled the pack Cross Platform was re-enabled.
So, I was going to try this again on the world that was having the issue, but after enabling the Mario Mashup pack, the world no longer loads. Even without the pack enabled and restarting the game/system, the world remains unusable.

I’m also experiencing this issue on 1.5.3 with switch. I’m able to upload my worlds to realms however but if I download that world on another platform it has multiplayer disabled.

What I did was turn on the resource pack for the server curious what my world looked like. I got the warning but it did nothing to suggest that cross play would be disabled forever. When I turned the resource pack off cross play invites were still disabled.

I also did not use the mario mashup world template. This is a world I created with no texture pack or template.

So applying and removing a pack such as the Mario pack, prevents that world from being played cross-platform / uploaded to a Realm? Is this still an issue in 1.7.x?

You mentioned that you were able to get a copy of the world on Windows 10; are you able to provide a copy of the world here?

Hi Jay,

I managed to resolve this by going into game settings from the world selection menu, hitting the multiplayer tab, toggling the "multiplayer game" toggle off then on again. I wear I tried this before reporting the bug and it didn't work but now it's resolved.

I might be able to pull a copy of the world out for you. I was using a Windows virtual machine so I'll boot that up and see if I left the files there.

Here is a copy of the world for the both of you: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Vh310YWR1LtasQPAATxDCNKPxPsYuwaT
The issue seems to be present still on one of the older copies I had of the world, but eventually this particular world got worse and stopped opening, so I deleted it.

Thanks that's useful, it would also be very helpful to see the original world save (pre-conversion) if that's even possible❓ , to see if there's a problem in the conversion process, that is perhaps incorrectly flagging the world as having a locked template.

The save data for my old worlds are still present in my Switch, but I can't extract them since I don't have access to homebrew anymore. Although I'm fairly certain I used the Halloween pack at least once before having the world converted for Bedrock Minecraft.

I did try re-downloading old Switch Minecraft, creating a new world, and activating the two mashup packs that I own then converting it in Bedrock Minecraft and it all worked just fine without any issues. It's too bad I can't get the old worlds extracted though.
