1.5 Better Together Version. Creative Mode, in Multiplay, multiple devices, my purchased Realm, using a purchased World from within Minecraft, Minecraft Store:

Multiplay and individual play, in my purchased Realms, is intended for extended family grandchildren, across United States and Europe! Occasionally, several are all in a single location.
I tried to attach .png pics, and .mp4 videos, but got a message about missing token.
Problem: Initially, Castles and Dragons worked in my purchased Realm, across the above devices, and across extended family grandchildren, in various United States and Europe locations. Then the 1.5.0 update happened! See attached files! The Resources and Behaviors :
no longer Work properly. If the Resources and Behaviors do upload, the props behave as mobs gone wild, in total chaos!
do not upload to the Realm! If the Resources and Behaviors do not upload, the props revert to base-Minecraft inventory mobs that result from base Minecraft Mob Eggs
Noxcrew has responded that
the fix is up to Mojang
their Worlds are tested for multiplay on Xbox live system, but NOT TESTED on REALMS! And NOT DESIGNED FOR REALMS!
Strong Recommendations:
A statement needs to be added to EACH World (map or add-on), Mash-up, etc. in the Minecraft to SPECIFY what will and will NOT work in Realms!
Mojang needs to fix the incompatibility so that the marketed Worlds, Mash-ups, etc, within Minecraft at the Minecraft Store do WORK properly in purchased Realms
The elitist attitude among bug fixers needs to be adjusted to account for interrelated issues and adequate communication and responses to bug reporters.

It seems that sometimes the game fails to prompt the player to download the relevant packs associated with the world, which would create the situation where the player sees mobs/entities with vanilla textures, but altered behaviours.
Here are the steps needed to replace your Realm world with a fresh world using the Castles and Dragons template. Only follow these steps if you want to replace your existing Realm world. (Before starting, take a backup of your Realm world in case you want to save that for later.)
Create a new single player world using the Castles and Dragons template
Enter the world and make sure everything is working as expected
Exit the world, and open the settings for the Realm where you would like to use the Castles and Dragons world
Choose the Replace World option
Confirm that you would like to replace the world
Select the newly created Castles and Dragons world that you made in step 1 (This will start the upload to the Realm)
When it has finished, choose Let's Go!
Press Play to join the realm
Players joining should then accept the prompt to download the packs when joining the Realm.
Please let me know if following the steps above enable you to successfully upload the world to your realm.

I already tried that multiple times. The Realm is mine. At opening, I do get a message: Loading resource packs. The props (Chairs-maybe husks. candlestands-maybe pigmen, etc). still look like the intended props, but are running wild. The Ice Dragons (chickens) have chicken behavior. The Fire Dragons (bats) are now bat-sized, and have bat behaviors. The mobs are running amok! It is useless for me to keep repeating what I have done multiple times. There is something WRONG at your end! Please fix it.
Also, what does awaiting confirmation mean?
Please explain the discrepancy between version option at this site (1.5.14), and what I see as my version 1.5.0! For over a year now, whenever I come to this site, there is a discrepancy between the drop down version option, and what I see on my screen.

Don't worry if you are not sure which version to choose when filling out a bug report, only the most recently available versions of the game are available to choose from, so it will never be too far out.
