You can't navigate menu with arrows. By using full keyboard control you cant look anywhere (numpad doesn't work). Also you need to select block by touching on it and then you can use Q and E and game switches on that block until you can't reach it. (I mean if block that you touched was in the center of screen, running and changing position does not change the selected block). So you need to active spilt control manually. Activating TOUCH ONLY EFFECTS HOTBAR will show the controller hints. Also you can't program keys because you can't navigate in menus. Thanks in advance

The issue with reassigning keys is mentioned at MCPE-20594.
If you have not, you might like to make use of the search feature before making a new ticket, as it's likely that the issue has been reported already.
