[MCPE-36125] Turtles will not lay eggs at their home beach.

Turtles will enter love mode and swim to their home beach and grant xp, yet they will not lay any eggs at the beach and will just turn around and go into the sea again. I have tried this multiple times in my world and even switched to a creative world to test it and the turtles will not lay eggs.
