[MCPE-36197] A dense fog is rendered when opening GUIs

When a gui is open, a very dense fog is rendered in the background.

Happens on all platforms except Windows 10 to conserve performance

Not a bug. They've added this on every platform (except win 10) to speed up menu loading time
