Sign into a Microsoft Account button is useless

I cannot sign into my Microsoft Account at all.  In fact, the button is absolutly useless.  Every single time I press that button, it says each of the following pictures in the order of menu first, then connecting, then the error itself.  I have tried many things.  From uninstalling and reinstalling, using the archive feature on the Switch, shutting my system down and turning it on again, checking for corrupted data, and even deleting my Microsoft account in hopes of using a different one.  Even after doing all of that, the button still comes up with the same exact error.
