[MCPE-36621] Haste beacons not working

When activating a beacon and selecting haste/haste II, the buff indicator shows up but not effect is applied

It was working fine before phase II. As soon as I logged on having updated the haste effect had gone from my beacon. I’ve broken the beacon, replaced it and re applied haste. Still nothing

Is this an issue in a converted world, and if so can it be reproduced in a new world?
