I'm having the same problem mentioned in: MCPE-22108, when connecting to Xbox Live, my PC starts to suffer with an indescribable lag, and the fps marker does not go out of the 0.0, before that (without login) the minecraft was normal , high fps as it used to be, but when I went log in to Xbox Live it started to lag intensely and I had to give Alt + F4 to stop

This could well be the same issue mentioned in MCPE-36274. In that ticket, you will find a link to a Windows support forum that suggests changing the Web Account Manager settings, something that you might want to look into to see if that might help with your situation first.
This ticket has not received a response or been updated recently, so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.

ive done been having the same problems for months now i legit seen bugs been answered and fixed in a day but this specific bug idk what it is admins seem very reluctant to acknowledge its starting to really get on my nerves because all you could do is literally play singleplayer only which isnt he reason i bought the game
