When I open Minecraft, a program called Service Host: Web Account Manager opens, and uses %100 of CPU and freezes the game. I can't play anymore! I have un-installed Minecraft. This issue has been happening since May 8th.

@Aulrick Well, this is Minecraft specific, it doesn't happen in the Xbox App, it doesn't on any other UWP app I have on my PC. When I was in a live chat with Microsoft support, they said that Web Account Manager and a few other programs are combining together to make one program. Also, there is no notification. I can see in Task Manager that it uses 100% of CPU. Which crashes my PC. Alos, there really isn't anything to send the game crashes my PC, I reboot it, and no error message or error code appears. Windows simply doesn't know that an error occurred. Also, whenever I move my mouse it hangs for 10 seconds, and when I try to leave the app, it crashes my PC, not the game so it doesn't send an error report.
Please believe me, I'm not trying to brush this off. But the fact that this only happens when you start Minecraft (AFAYK) doesn't prove that it's a bug in Minecraft. Whatever is happening is happening as the result of an interaction between Minecraft, Web Account Manager, possibly Service Host, potentially your antivirus software, your router's firmware, and even Windows itself. One of them is doing something it's not supposed to do, but we don't know which one. Since Minecraft is the unique part of the interaction in your case it does make sense to suspect it's to blame, but it's not proof because it could simply be that Minecraft is making a perfectly legal request that Xbox App and the others don't happen to use. The reason I don't think this is a bug in the game is that UWP apps should not be able to cause the system to become unresponsive like this (part of the reason they're sandboxed is to prevent such problems), whereas Service Host (which runs outside the sandbox) has higher system privileges and definitely can.
BTW, if Microsoft support said programs were "combining together", that was an oversimplification. They were talking about this interaction. Programs don't literally "combine together to make one program", they just interact to request services from each other.
First things first, though. Did you try to reinstall Minecraft? Although unlikely, there's an outside chance that a corrupt installation might cause this problem somehow.
If that doesn't help, the next thing to try would be Windows Update. What version of Windows 10 are you using (Home, Professional, Enterprise)? Is it allowed to update itself regularly? In your Windows Update History (Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > View Update History) are there any failed updates showing in any of the categories?
A Fresh Start installation of Windows might solve the problem, but it's inconvenient so I'm not recommending that at this time, and I've never done it so I wouldn't venture to walk you through it. That would be something to pursue with Microsoft Support.
If it's not Minecraft's direct fault, it is still a problem with the game, or a problem with a process it uses, which should be fixed since 1. It crashes my PC and 2. Doesn't work right. I'm using Home, and have tried to uninstall Minecraft numerous times.

Absolutely, but Mojang can't fix code that Mojang doesn't have, and it can't play middleman between you and whoever does have that code since it only happens on your PC. But for now we'll treat it like a Minecraft bug, because I don't want you to feel like you're being given the runaround.
Waiting for the answers to the other questions. Also, can you be more specific about "a program called Service Host: Web Account Manager opens"? As I said before, Service Host doesn't have a UI window, so I'm trying to understand exactly what and where on the screen you're seeing this.
This is a major issue that Microsoft and mojang should together in other to fix it. Honestly nothing the "MOD" is saying will work. I have reply this issue and it was closed plus I have restarted my PC when this happens, I have also reset and reinstalled it. I have even went as far as reinstalling windows but the problem still remains. This all started when the April 2018 updates was released and still happening (shocked!) The solution I found to live with this 😑 is to,
1. Use windows version 1709 below. I don't recommend this as it can put you to security risks.
2. Open task manager before you open Minecraft. Go to services, look for web account manager. Stop it (it will restart on its own) wait until its starts again and stop until it stop restarting. Once you achieved this click restart on the web account manager service then try restarting and stopping it until it reaches a low number. After you done that open Minecraft.
1.11.4 version - issue is still here. Have to stop and disable TokenBroker service every time to play MC, if service is running - MC is not playable.
Just updated Windows 10 to ver.1903 and problem is gone.
Last few weeks also had issues with logging into ms office account, so may be issues were related (i have personal and work accounts on notebook). But anyway MC works fine now - no lags, no issues.
@Schortan Why was this issue reopened 10 months later? Also it is an issue with Xbox Windows services before Windows 1903 that was fixed
I don't think this is a bug in the game. Web Account Manager is a Windows 10 service that performs OAUTH, a way of signing in to one site using your sign-on credentials on another site. In this case, it's probably trying to sign you in to Xbox Live using the same Microsoft account you use to sign in to Windows. I could see a problem with that if your Windows 10 isn't up to date, or it had an update failure, or if you're not actually signing in to a Microsoft account when you sign in to Windows. (That's possible, just not the default behavior.)
It also seems odd to me that you're getting a "program" called "Service Host...". Service Host is the supervisory service that manages all other services in the system, including the Web Account Manager service. Service Host doesn't have a user interface, but sometimes it sends notifications when it has a problem. The notification probably includes an error message that gives information about what the problem is.
Although I don't think this sounds like a bug in the game, I can't really be sure so I won't close the ticket. But unless you can give us a bit more information, such as an error message or code or a screenshot of what you see, I don't think we have anything to work with yet.
