Just updated Windows 10 to ver.1903 and problem is gone.

Last few weeks also had issues with logging into ms office account, so may be issues were related (i have personal and work accounts on notebook). But anyway MC works fine now - no lags, no issues.

1.11.4 version - issue is still here. Have to stop and disable TokenBroker service every time to play MC, if service is running - MC is not playable.

Minecraft updated to 1.9.0. The problem still persists.

Minecraft is unplayable.

Have the same issue. Minecraft becomes extremely lagging when connected to Xbox Live account. If you disconnect from Xbox account all works fine. I need to stop and disable Web Account Manager (TokenBroker) Service to normalize my PC. If service is enabled MC is trying to connect when it starts and when logged into xbox account all PC becomes laggish.
