[MCPE-36953] Moving camera while swimming is broken in touch devices

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play the latest beta of Minecraft using a touch device.

2. Go inside water and, while moving the camera, start swimming.

Results:

The camera will just go to the max bottom in a glithy way.

I think there is a multi-touch problem, not even in water, the camera always move suddenly facing up or down, etc.
