[MCPE-37116] Dropper won't fire when activated

Dropped is only activated by button and pressure plate. Cannot be activated by red stone torch and others

Is this still a problem in 1.14 or later? If so, can you please provide a picture that shows more of the circuit or a video that demonstrates the problem?
