The game STILL KICKS me out from the loading screen of Minecraft. It has been 5 UPDATES since it started. I've reported the same thing 5 times.

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-35078.
Please add a vote and any new information to the main ticket, which will be updated accordingly.
We are still looking into why this is affecting some users, and I'm sorry for the frustration this bug causes. You might want to try some of the suggestions mentioned in MCPE-35078 that have resolved it for some players - please make a back up of your worlds before uninstalling though.
If you have not, you might like to make use of the search feature before making a new ticket, as it's likely that the issue has been reported already.

Tried them without any luck (workarounds) Even though I can get to see the updates screen after logging out of xbox after reinstall, it still xrashes after I proxeed to the menu
