If i play the game in singleplayer world,the game starts lagging after half and hour.Please try to fix this issue.

The problem is still happening in the latest update.When i installed the latest 1.6,the world is very slow.However the problem occurs just after updating to the aquatic update(1.3 to 1.6)The problem is not happening in the better together update(1.2.11)
