You can’t craft colored torches in mcpe I have tried all combinations and it doesn’t work

Uhh... what are talking about? There are only 2 torches in the game (normal torch and redstone torch). Same for all versions

Did you turn on the Education mode toggle in the world options?
Colored torches are only available in Education edition.

Furthermore, if you are using Education mode on, please make sure that you are using the right ingredients and recipes. Those can be found via the wiki.

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version.
Coloured torches can be crafted using the correct recipe in worlds with "Education Edition" enabled:
