I am not able to join my Minecraft realm and the people that are invited also can't join basically I will click on it to join then it loads for 10 minutes then says unable to join

Realms: Realms services are back to normal, and connectivity issues should be resolved for all users. -FT

You might want to check again. It would seem that the servers were down (as I was having the same issue at the same time) and have since come back up.
