I can’t log back in my Microsoft account

Have you tried linking your Microsoft account again?

Go to Settings -> Profile -> Sign out of your Microsoft account.
Choose Sign in with a Microsoft account and follow the on screen procedure to link your account again.

Yes I did it signed me in but when I exit out the same thing happens again
