Jumping into water or fall into water while sneaking affects that I stay on the oceans ground and can't go up or swim.
It's still a bug and not fixed.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'awaiting response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. You should be able to toggle sneak by tapping the 'fly down' button - can you confirm if this works for you please?
