Game is not optimized on some android devices

I have Samsung Galaxy J7 2017, my friend phone is the same but 2016. Game is so laggy. We lowered render distance and still not fixed. I think that some android phones needs optimize game because not all of them are like Samsung Galaxy S9. Some android phones are less powerful.
