[MCPE-38813] Night time is way too bright in the current Version

When my device brightness and minecraft is in the highest point.
The night time just becomes way to bright its like having some shader to remove night time.
Not only that when I lower my phone brightness it creates illusion/making the blocks move. But when it gets fixed aging when o increase my device then once aging the night is way to bright

Moved to the correct project (MCPE). BDS is for the dedicated server software.
