Game Crashing - Really Needs to be Fixed

I have a Motorola Moto z2 Play. I changed my skin to a default for halloween and changed back to my original skin. But when I entered my game again, it would take my to the main screen and then crash. The only way I can ever enter my game again is to uninstall it. I can't ever change my skin with out it crashing like this. So I'm stuck with the default for now, not that anythings wrong with them. The same thing happened when I also downloaded the music pack to listen to juke box discs.
