A French customer complained to me that my 300 mb game did not import to her Nintendo Switch in France. It instead crashed the Minecraft game. Here is the comment she posted.
"I have buy this world on nintendo switch 1140 gold but i have a problem : download is ok but on the next step (importation in french) the bug appear. The importation is not complet and minecraft close alone with a text of error... I'm very sad with this"

This is happening on my "Chronicles of Clo" game which is a 300 mb file. She says that the 5 skins are downloading but the map itself is not. I've just asked her about her file space since my map is rather large.
She tried a process given by Helen. This was her response.
"Hello, I have create a new local account (new nintendo account), log into this account, go to minecraft, log with my Microsoft account (Siobanne22) and try to download again but the problem is the same 😕 the DL run > ok > the "importation" run > error message. The 5 skins are DL, I can play with it, but the worl not"

Could you please add more information about the pack that is causing the issue? Also, could you please include information about the amount of storage space that Minecraft is taking up on the device?
