Bug with iron golems arm position and animation

Partially fixed in beta 1.12.0.9. When they walk, they sway their bodies but the arm position however is still in a strange position.

But still, the walk animation is wrong if you compare it in older versions.

@David That's true though. That still needs fixing. Affects 1.12.0.11.

Partially fixed in 1.15.0.51 beta, as the arms seem to be in the correct position now.
