Animals are stuck at one place and keep vibrating and block the whole row in front and back and sideways.

I created an issue regarding animals stuck at one place and vibrating and all. I have an attachment look carefully you can see first fishes they are not behaving normal and I was trying to get out of water which I couldn't as you can see. Then watch that pig and cow they are also vibrating. You can see villagers also they are too vibrating. I cannot even go near them because something is blocking my path.But other animals can go near them and when they go they too become stuck like them but I can't go near them. Plus a huge problem of spawning is going on. When I save gave at my house I get spawned in somewhere else sometimes. I once saved game away from house and next time when I went to play I spawned in the top of sky and fell down and dead. I lost all my experience. Please fix it. Try to watch that video carefully.
