I was playing in a survival world and I spawned roughly 100 blocks above my house, where I had just slept. When I respawned, I enabled cheat to teleport my items to me but the only items teleported to me were an oak sapling and a brown mushroom. I have tried to re-create this glitch but it won't work. I unfortunately have no screenshots. Please see what you can do, thanks <3
