Steps to reproduce:
Set the RandomTickSpeed to the maximum value (4096) just to make it easier (relates to MCPE-39971)
Place a scaffolding block in a way that it falls and then place another one in front of it before that one falls
If you didn't succeed. keep trying. You'll end up with something looking like the image attached
You pass through the glitchy scaffolding, you can't stand on it. It also makes no particles when broken.
