The achievement "Where have you been?" is not able to be completed even after finishing what the achievement said, which is gathering items a cat give to the player. It can be completed on an Android device (Huawei) with beta version (1.9.0.3beta).

Same thing is happening to me. I'm using Windows 10 Edition with both the latest Minecraft update and Windows updates. Despite picking up the "gift" items the cats bring, there is still no achievement to be found.

According to the TrueAchievements tracker people have been getting achievements recently. Perhaps there is an issue with having multiple cats as noted in the top post there.
Resolving temporarily as Awaiting Response. Does this issue still occur in the latest version (1.16.201)?

I can verify, I was unable to get this achievement on my iPad Pro running version 1.9.0. I made the attempt last night. Made a new world, got several other achievements, tamed some cats, made a bed, slept in it for 2 nights and each night got a feather from the cats, no achievement.
