So, I haven't tested it in singleplayer but I have tested it on Featured and Non Featured servers ( MIneplex, The Hive, Brokenlens) and everytime your Inventory is opened and you are getting teleported, Windows 10 will crash. Happens only if your inventory if open(Or maybe if youre in a crafting table etc?)
