[MCPE-40544] /playsound and /stopsound don't suggest or tab-complete sound names

The bug

Unlike other commands, /playsound and /stopsound don't provide any suggestions or tab-completion for sounds names.

How to reproduce

Type /playsound and a space
→ ❌ No suggestions appear
Type anything and then another space. Suggestions begin appearing for other arguments, just not the sound name itself.

This has been an issue ever since /playsound was added. It also isnt a feature in pc either. Starting to think that it is a feature and not a bug.
