[MCPE-40919] Friends can't join my world

Any of my friends can't join my world, and it's enabled in the settings so it's not because I forgot to enable multiplayer in my world. My friends, when they try to join, an issue appears in the screen. It says "An error has been occurred"

This is also happening to me in 1.12, it's been happening since 1.6 or 1.7 I think.
