For the past few months, scrolling once on the hot bar with my scroll wheel scrolls through every item like 3 times, making the game very hard to play. I use an MX master mouse, but if I borrow any other mouse from someone else, the bug still occurs, though only on my pc. I have tried reinstalling the game and updating mouse drivers but that didn't work. Also since this started, scrolling on menus in the game barely moves them at all with just one click, it's very slow. Minecraft Windows 10 is the only game affected by this, not even java edition. I'm not sure, but I think this issue came around possibly between June and October 2018.
