Tips number 21 and 45 are kinda same. Also some of them don't use the regular Minecraft font (I don't remember which of them but I think those that are long and have , and ' in it)

We're tracking the issue with non-default characters affecting the fonts at MCPE-40460.
We can use this ticket to track the issue with the duplicated loading screen tips however.

I can confirm that the font does change, I have seen this. This is I think due to ‘ being used, as this also changes the font when in chat
