Everytime I craft/put/throwing items, its always delaying/lagging. Why? (It affects on typing when searching items, too.)

The only way to reduce this at the moment is to remove all unneeded items in your inventory and remove enchanted items from your inventory too. I am currently using unenchanted armour and tools. It sucks though and just isn't worth playing right now.
I think you dont understand it. It lags too even if I have normal items. I tried it on creative, it lags too (includes typing).
