Custom skin change can not be displayed

Same issue in the skin hub it says i changed it but in game its the one before while others work and mine isnt

Please ensure that your skin file is a valid PNG image. This problem has often been caused by a JPEG file being given a PNG file name, which does not work correctly.

If it is actually a PNG image, could you please attach the skin so we can try to reproduce the problem?
