[MCPE-42431] Can't place Brick Blocks from the top of a Brick Block

Hello there,

I've got an issue: when I'm placing Brick Blocks, sometimes I can't place another Brick Block on top of it. Other blocks work, but not it's own. So please fix. I can't build properly with this bug.
