[MCPE-42533] Reclaiming Damaged Items Via Smelting

Damaged Items (Gold, Iron, Chainmail) cannot be reclaimed into their respective nuggets (fully repaired items can be) via furnace.

why shouldn't it work this way? it gives a use for all of that gold armor from zombies and swords from pigmen.
