[MCPE-42662] Xbox Party cutting out/unintelligible

The xbox live party chat cuts out randomly while playing Bedrock. This happens when the user of Minecraft is talking to others, it is observed by other players you are cutting out and speaking unintelligibly. The other players can observe this by also playing minecraft or not playing any game at all. This issue has been present since the beta release.

This issue will need to be taken up with Xbox Customer Support directly.

I would like to contest this relocation to Xbox support, because this is a problem encountered by all Xbox One Bedrock Edition players. I have reported this Xbox support multiple times in the past with no solutions or help. This is an issue present only in Bedrock Edition.
