Was killing mobs at night in the rain, noticed that when they died, they weren’t making sounds anymore. I start healing home to restart the game. Before I make it, suddenly I’m pulled left and into the water, spinning. Game becomes completely unresponsive to controller input, and I’m stuck on the ocean floor, spiraling while drowning. Pause was also non-responsive, so I couldn’t save and exit. Was forced to exit game.

Death sounds were nonexistent. Then game glitches out, I’m stuck spiraling underwater at night and drown, game completely unresponsive to controller input until after game was closed.
