However, this issue is Invalid.
You are downloading from a non-Mojang web site. Mojang cannot help you with a third party's web site. I'd suggest contacting the site owner directly.

Hello, be careful on downloading stuff on the internet I don’t recommend downloading texture packs from website. Make sure the website starts with “https://“, (Trusted Apple Websites: https://apple.com). Do not touch anything from those websites.
Just install it on the website
