Well, I have more information if this could help. When I go near the place it crashed me.
I’m using iPad, but however this affects other platforms I believe.
Sometimes there will be a delay response when I do something.

This issue is affecting all versions.
No a repeating command block was kicking him.
However this is linked to Xbox Live. If the players shown offline it also shows that they’re offline.

My friend had experienced this, so he was repeatedly kicked from my realm.
The issue was recently fixed for iOS in 1.16.0, do not mark this cannot reproduce.
