Summary
Sometimes players shows up as offline, when they aren’t suppose to. This was also checked on the Xbox app, it maybe affecting it too before.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to invites(or Xbox App)
Sometimes they show offline
Expected Results:
All players that are offline should have their status say they are offline, and the players who are online should have their status say online.
Observed Results:
All players that are offline are offline, and the players who are online are shown offline.

They must be using WiFi and not cellular data in order to appear as online

However this is linked to Xbox Live. If the players shown offline it also shows that they’re offline.

i still have this bug on Android version 1.19.30.
me and my friend are both on Android and on the same version, and we are friends on xbox live.
if i search their name from the add a friend tab they show as online, but the friends tab shows no friends online.
edit:
actually they're not even shown in the offline friends tab, same on their end.

my friend list seems to appear for a split second when loading the menu and then disappears.
