I use the /fill command and the result I get is not what I wanted nor expected

You didn't say what you expected, and the screenshot looks like a reasonable result of that command given that I have no information about what it looked like before the command. From the smaller square in the upper right, I could guess that you didn't intend the filled area to be so long. If that's the problem, you need to adjust your coordinates, because the Z coordinates you've given will fill a range from -211 to +192 (from your current Z coordinate), a distance of 404 blocks.
If the length of the filled area isn't your problem, what exactly is? Please provide screenshots from before and after the command, and describe what you expected.
