Piston systems do not work, like piston clocks or lifts.
The repeater clock does not work.
They are designed for bedrock edition on PC windows 10

The devices in your screenshots appear to be working properly according to the rules for redstone. There is no evidence of a bug, and therefore this is not an issue for the bug tracker.
