[Fixed] Shooting arrows at the bell bounces them off in a weird way

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a bell

2. Shoot an arrow at it

Expected results:

The arrow is deflected and it bounces off to the opposite direction of the one it came from.

Observed results:
The arrow is deflected, but it bounces off in a weird way, random direction. It also bouncess too strongly, it shouldn't go that far.
